I use FMA to get the pictures out of my Sony T630. However, an otherwise impressive device management tool falls over on so many points including: SCARY DUPLICATE-ALL-YOUR-CONTACTS sync with Outlook. Slooow sync (should be important things first). Poor GUI in places. It's still best-of-breed, it just ain't that good. |

like WinZip but without that annoying nagware screen. What more do you need? Uninstall WinZip and install Power Archiver NOW. Again, Windows XP has kind of left a seperate archiving application a little redundant, but a 5-star rating remains due to .tar.gz support ;o) Versions later than 7.02 are not free. |

Sunbird is coming. But not quickly enough. I REEEEEEEALY REEEEEEEEEEALY want to drop Outlook. Like a stone. It runs your life, but soooo sloooowly. Unfortunately, Thunderbird NEEDS to work with
Microsoft Enxhange Server's meeting request system. That means it needs to have a calendar application. A simple tasks system would be great too. Combine that with a Sync application for 3GPP 27.007-compliant mobile devices and you've got a sure-fire winner. |
